Believe it or not, last year on Thanksgiving we ate this baby goat over in Portland, Texas, which is just outside of Corpus Christi. I personally indulged in the brains and tongue. Eating that sand paper tongue was kind of like french kissing a cat, lol. I rolled the brains up in a tortilla :D So enjoy that turkey! And be thankful for good surf.
